Gerry has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006 and a licensed real estate appraiser since 1984. He serves on the Pikes Peak Realtor Service Corporation Board of Directors and the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Paula Lydon is a Colorado Springs native. Paula began her real estate career working for her family-owned residential custom and semi-custom construction company before enjoying a long tenure with the City of Colorado Springs. At the City, Paula spent several years as a Specialist with the Office of Economic Development assisting local businesses expand and build. Paula rehabs houses and became a licensed REALTOR in 2005. She has taught in the Real Estate licensing program at Pikes Peak Community College. Paula holds several real estate designations including Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Certified Negotiation Expert. Paula has earned a Master’s Degree in Business focusing on Market Strategy.

A real estate agent since 1997, John opened his own real estate company in 2002. John’s vast business background includes being an accomplished leader with a strong portfolio of successes orchestrating the startup, growth, marketing and optimization of diverse businesses. He worked for Cadbury Schweppes for 14 years where he served in many sales and marketing positions including National Sales Manager – Motts Juices and Director of Franchising for Schweppes, Motts and Sundrop nationally. John earned his SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation in 2011.

Bryan served 25 years in the US Coast Guard, then began a successful real estate career in 2007. Bryan has been consistently recognized for his sales performance. Bryan holds several real estate designations including Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Relocation Specialist. Bryan has rehabbed several houses and has owned several investment properties. His passion for this community is very evident in his continual participation in numerous local human services non-profit organizations.
