A seller’s agent (or listing agent) works solely on behalf of the seller to promote the interests of the seller with the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity. The agent negotiates on behalf of and acts as an advocate for the seller. The seller’s agent must disclose to potential buyers all adverse material facts actually known by the seller’s agent about the property. A separate written listing agreement is required which sets forth the duties and obligations of the broker and the seller.

We’ll walk through your home with a critical eye and make recommendations to help your bottom line.

Showing Notifications and Feedback

We utilize a professional showing setting company. They confirm that only licensed active real estate agents are given access to your home. You’ll receive notifications via phone call, text, and/or email. After each showing, we ask the buyer’s agent for feedback. While not all agents give it, we pass along all feedback given – the good, bad and the ugly – so you can see how others see your property. We’ll look for trends in the feedback to adjust our pricing, condition and/or exposure of the property.
