Bryan Seale is the Employing Broker for Buy Sell Impact. Bryan served 25 years in the United States Coast Guard, then began a successful real estate career in 2007. Bryan has been consistently recognized for his sales performance. Bryan holds several real estate designations including Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Relocation Specialist. Bryan has rehabbed several houses and has owned several investment properties. His passion for this community is very evident in his continual participation in numerous local human services non-profit organizations.

    Paula Lydon is the Managing Broker for Buy Sell Impact, Inc. She is a Colorado Springs native. Paula began her real estate career working for her family-owned residential custom and semi-custom construction company before enjoying a long tenure with the City of Colorado Springs. At the City, Paula spent several years as a Specialist with the Office of Economic Development assisting local businesses expand and build. Paula rehabs houses and became a licensed REALTOR in 2005. She has taught in the Real Estate licensing program at Pikes Peak Community College. Paula holds several real estate designations including Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, and Certified Negotiation Expert. Paula has earned a Master’s Degree in Business focusing on Market Strategy.

      Marla Crane is an Associate Broker with Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak. Marla moved to Colorado Springs with her husband over 25 years ago from northeastern Oklahoma. She quickly became involved in the community as a volunteer and started a skin care business in the downtown Colorado Springs area. She believes that owning a small business gave her many of the skills it takes to be a good REALTOR. It’s important to have strong communication skills when helping someone find their dream home. She and her husband with their dog Princess are often seen enjoying our beautiful downtown or hiking the many trails around the city. Marla believes in a strong work ethic and has a passion for family and community.

        Gary Peacock is an Associate Broker with Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak. Gary recently retired after 41 years in the retail industry, the last 24 here in Colorado and the Colorado Springs area! Gary is anxious to start a new career with Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak. Gary is well known in the community and with his work with several non-profits in the area. His passion for the community and the mission of Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak are a perfect fit. He has his Business Administration Degree from the University of Kansas.

          Laura Gallant is an Associate Broker with Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak. She began in real estate as a loan processor years ago, comes from a real estate family — her grandfather owned 9 real estate offices in southern California from 1950’s-1980’s and her grandmother and mother were both escrow agents. Becoming a real estate broker has always been a personal goal and she is excited to have made it a reality here in the Colorado Springs market!

            Gerry Roybal is an Associate Broker with Buy Sell Impact – Pikes Peak. Gerry has been a licensed real estate broker since 2006 and a licensed real estate appraiser since 1984.  Gerry serves on the Pikes Peak Realtor Service Corporation Board of Directors and the Colorado Association of Real Estate Appraisers Board of Directors.  Gerry is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder.
