About Marksheffel

Located East of downtown Colorado Springs, between Powers and Falcon, Marksheffel is one of the newest areas developed in Colorado Springs.

Providing homes near Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases, it has two large communities along Marksheffel Road—Banning Lewis Ranch and Claremont Ranch.

With great mountain views, the communities have moderately priced single family homes and townhomes with plenty of open space, parks and trails.
