About Peyton

The community of Peyton Colorado is located east of the Colorado Springs metro area, just north of Schriever Air Force Base. The community was named for George Peyton, landowner.

Peyton has 2.30 square miles of land area and has no water area. As of 2010, the total Peyton population is 250. On average, the public school district that covers Peyton is better than the state average in quality.
